Description Polyester spandex heavy dull Duchess satin fabric. Slightly stretch, 2 way stretch Duchess satin. 97% polyester, 3% spandex. This fabric is suitable to go under the lace, or for foundation for bridal wedding dress. It has the strength to support even heavy beaded lace. It is soft but not flimsy and falls heavy.
