Description High quality tulle suitable for the base of embroidery. Can be used for any part of the wedding gown. It is slightly elastic due to the weave crosswize but does not have Lycra or Spandex. It is strong enough to hold beads and stones and any type of embroidery. This is quality of the base tulle used by Marco Lagattolla for their beaded fabrics.
