Description High quality tulle suitable for the base of embroidery. Can be used for any part of the wedding gown. We have white and off white, please choose your colour from drop down menu list. It is slightly elastic due to the weave but does not have Lycra or Spandex. It is strong enough to hold beads and stones and any type of embroidery. This is quality of the base tulle used by Marco Lagattolla for their beaded fabrics. It is pleasant to touch, is not stiff and is not too soft.
